B2B Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team and expand our footprint across the region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of solar equipment, advanced inverters, energy storage systems (ESS), and industrial charging infrastructure.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial prospects (factories, agricultural enterprises, real estate developers, and corporate clients).

  • Conduct high-level negotiations and deliver technical presentations highlighting the ROI and efficiency of Huawei Digital Power ecosystems.

  • Collaborate closely with our in-house engineering team to develop tailored commercial proposals and technical solutions based on initial site data.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to contract signing and long-term client relationship management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven track record in B2B sales (experience in solar energy, electrical engineering, industrial equipment, construction, or high-tech IT infrastructure is highly advantageous).

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Russian and Uzbek (essential for conducting corporate negotiations, presentations, and business correspondence).

  • Age Bracket: 25–40 years old.

  • Ability to quickly master complex technical products and confidently communicate their value to both business owners and technical directors.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills with a proactive mindset.
